The final stanza is heartbreaking to me that people are so starved for love and attention that they would conform to anything to have it.  But, there are those out there who don't realize their own worth.  Experience will make or break them.

Hey there Ahvati! It comes to my attention I'm an absolute POS about replying to feedback because I suck at checking back on my work. Thanks for your awesome feedback and supporting my poetry. I read peoples stuff too but I'm terrible at commenting because I get all tongue tied on what to leave as input haha.

Humans are biologically social. We need physical touch or we actually hurt big time. Children who don't get physical attention grow up with bad mental health drawbacks and babies can actually die from lack of physical affection. In this day and age people are so starved and alienated for attention and affection they literally break over it and the majority just piss on them. It's so sad but it's the norm now.
