Why Am I Crazy (for You)? Collaboration with MadameLavender
Why does my faith appear, to some, so foolish?
You opened my eyes with your grace, yet
I struggle at times to obey, for
worldly wisdom falls short.
Seeking understanding remains
divinely mysterious, for
Isaiah has told me
that our thoughts and ways, are
not of You.
Wisdom calls us to find life
through losing it—
a stripping away of all that is carnal, yet
I still share your Good News.
“Die”, I must, to be born again—
the flesh is from the earth.
We know only of things we see through veiled eyes, but
The Comforter, like gravity,
like wind, shall
bear us, again.
Don't ask for 'why,' but for forgiveness.
Who shall offer salvation, as
I give thanks for what I cannot see.
Let those who have eyes and ears, see and hear him.
