With her anxiety disorders, this would've definitely been Emily's mindset.    
It's a lovely and contemplative meditation.  
 
In regards to honest critique, I would suggest the following:  
 
mind peaceful  
 
I would either reverse the above, or place a comma after mind.  
 
Disgruntled voices fall, waysided    
Gruesome faces wiped clean of   
their grimaces and sneers   
 
I would semi after waysided to connect L2 & 3 with 1; they just seem to belong together.    
 
The rest is perfect as is, in my book!  ❤📝

The title certainly feels straight out of Emily Dickenson's mind-set.

"For a change of hectic paces      
it's definitely Heavenly"
... I find this a very neat couple of lines with layered meaning (still trying to figure out why it strikes me so)

I like the way that the title forms part of the poem.  
 
The assonance/consonance between "Disgruntled grumblers " is pleasing too.  The whole poem is uncluttered and a gentle read, with enough depth and complexity to engage the mind, but without being too dense and unfathomable.  
 
For some reason, the line:  
"faces wiped clean of grimaces and sneers "  

felt better when read in the singular, because "grimaces" feels awkward:
"faces wiped clean of grimace and sneer"
