Love Songs and Expectations

“I don't know if it's right
To let you make love to me tonight
I don't know if U should
Give your love to me when I know........”

…...you've got someone
and when it's all said and done
I know there's something there
You say you don't but I know you care

and I don't mean no disrespect
but I can't miss this chance
for us to dance in the dark

“you got to feel the need in me”

and none of his carelessness and neglect
I know he's your man but.......

“....before I let you kiss me, I got to get the situation in hand”

"Here I am and there you are"
I'm an old school lover
tonight, you'll be my shining star

“Don't you go away”

Expectations, lofty elevations
seeing you naked for the
very first time
touching your body
losing my mind......

…..taking note
of those subtle cues
something about the way you wear your clothes
the way your “headlights” shine through your blouse
how that skirt traces every curve
that sexy red Revlon painted across those
perfectly manicured toes........my, my, my

all the things his eyes can never see
yet here we are, just you and me

let me loosen your buttons
and let your skirt fall to the floor
loose every inhibition and let me love you
just a little bit more,
let me touch you baby....

“.....you can see inside me, will you come inside me
do you wanna ride, inside my love
you can see inside me, will you come inside me
do you wanna ride, inside my love ?”

drifting on a melody of our own magical song
