I was once asked what was the cause of depression, high suicidal rates Etc
I answered
The same as war, greed, pain, conflict, rape, murder, robbery, heartbreak, lies, racism, homophobia, Islamophobia, the Irish troubles..... fellow humans.

My first attempt I was 14 road my bike into a truck
My second was a bridge in London  
My third was a bridge in Frankfurt
A overdose was my fourth
My fifth was a blade
My sixth... I went to a war torn country
My seventh was a bridge in Jesmond
My 8th never happened

all where because of humans, bullying, putting me down or my writing, blaming their problems or under achievements on me

I have seen death, smelt it
Been told I am not allowed to write about my life or pain ... keep it PG13... like being in group therapy

Not allowed to complain

Full of shit

Not right in the head

Twisted and sick

Need to stay neutral



What would you say, if I walked away, never telling you how I thought of you

You the great writer

You who know everything

you the human who looks down upon me

no tear you would shed

As I fell through the inferno


What would the world be like without humans

clean, peaceful...... free from hate and...


Can you even remember the last words of the  person you  hurt, are hurting....

We have nothing but hate in us
