Phony positivity
is pointless and kills me
I think we should
recognize how we really feel,
the realist emotions emerging
from deep within.
Sometimes it's strictly negativity
which might be necessary,
don't hide from what's happening
on the inside,
this is where you'll always reside,
your reality
your world
your mind
your soul
you.

Nobody is all sunshine all the time. If they say so they're denying half of themselves. Balance in everything. We need to own are darkness & pain or we'll never understand it or free ourselves from it. I like the message in this one

With the denial of feelings comes stagnancy. Refusing to acknowledge, accept, and learn from them will allow them to move through you. Good post, Hunter.
In the spirit of honest critique, if I can just say that the centering makes this a difficult read. Perhaps if reformatted it would be smoother.
