IF I COULD FUMBLE YOUR HEART...

If I could fumble your heart, feel it beat,
invigorate you from your head to feet,
But for the protection of your rib cage,
my caressing hands would with it engage,
gentle strokes at first, then a massaging squeeze,
tighten on its beat then my grip release.
Yes, have your heart literally in my hands -
what kind of feelings would go to your glands?
Might it leap more kissed by my bristly face,
send the cardiograph all over the place?
