hypothetical grievances

Brava Liv! What poignant and important questions that for me remain elusive. Love is a mysterious thing and I don't know still that I can identify it properly. Your last stanza is such a wise inquiry. You dive so deep in your work a trait I would expect to find in one much older but you perceive so well things that took me years to understand.

I have managed to remain curious my entire cognizant life and I highly recommend you remain so. You will learn so much more that way.

It is unique to see things and express them with such clarity!  The piece fits what good writers want to convey and what perceptive readers want to read.  You have a lot to say...hope you'll keep saying it!

I think you're right about what you say in the 5th stanza. Grief & pain are exacerbated by the lack of love or fake love.

"will my feet grow seasoned
to the sharp edges of humanity"

That's a nice line too. I would say love heals. :-)

really well written … a nice mental space walk... kinda like watching or reading the book/movie lucy but with body to it.

Pure magic! Your mind is fixed you see so clear, you are a whirl wind sweeping the ocean floor, it parts and we all walk through. You are a snake charmer in the market place, the lady with the poison in her ring, you are mystery.
