Kissed By The Sun
Freckled clouds
Out peeks the Moon
For which i bow
Guiding my way so i can see
I shine my brightest
When she eclipses me
I fall to my knees
I fall to her
Like sweet gravity
She lets me look at the side no one gets to see.
She waves my tides, bestowing her blessings.
And i will stand, looking up from below.
And i will kneel inside her perfect glow.
She is my rock, perched dancing in the sky.
She is my goddess, perched eternal in my eye.
She is my soul, waxing and wise
I am hers and she is mine.
Out peeks the Moon
For which i bow
Guiding my way so i can see
I shine my brightest
When she eclipses me
I fall to my knees
I fall to her
Like sweet gravity
She lets me look at the side no one gets to see.
She waves my tides, bestowing her blessings.
And i will stand, looking up from below.
And i will kneel inside her perfect glow.
She is my rock, perched dancing in the sky.
She is my goddess, perched eternal in my eye.
She is my soul, waxing and wise
I am hers and she is mine.
