As much as life is in turmoil right now, Carpe, remember that a glass half empty , can always be refilled.  Sometimes things need to be dismantled in order to be put back together in a way that might be better, work better, be the best in the long run, etc., but it’s that birthing-a-new-thing process that is so very hard and painful at times.  Don’t give up on looking for the good and something positive in each day, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem—when you put them all together , they become a bigger good thing.

My daughter is what I hold  to and I write so as not to bottle it up.
