Technological trance
Trapped in technology totally,
a terrible time wasting thing to depend on every waking moment.
Too often I would find myself mindlessly scrolling, unable to let go of this distracting device
suffice to say I'm finding a way
to function without touching this thing
every other second.

Yea sometimes I feel like I'm one of those people but I'm training myself to not be so reliant on it
