A Twist Of A Vampire’s Fate XIX

All That Glitters Is Not Gold

Vacome allowed the hot water to wash over his body. He palmed the tile. The cascade of water beat down on his back. How does one explain to his brother, he was once in love with a woman, who he discovered in this lifetime? Now that he has siphoned the life essence of Naynina’s Fairy Blood. How could he just walk away? He closed his eyes to the absent of her affection. He knew his clan would ultimately battle Dracon’s clan for the love of one woman hanging on two hearts. History once again on the throne of possibly repeating itself.
Vacome reopened his eyes. He hit the tile with a closed fist; causing it to crack.

“Not if I could help it.”

The woman belongs to me, and only me, fuck Dracon, his brother’s principles, and the Authority Federation. He thought back to making love to Naynina. Damn, her body her blood, her smell was weakening his libido. For the rewards of his body feeling so light. His arousal to taste Naynina’s blood one again churned his mental thoughts to a physical unwavering hunger.

Vacome cupped the back of his neck. He then reached over for the small bar of soap.

Vasile looked down at his watch. He lifted his cell phone from off his hip clip. He slid it open and pressed in the contact number to Vacome’s cell phone. He placed his cell phone up to his ear.

Vacome walked over to the nightstand and lifted his cell phone. He slid it open and looked down at the number. He looked down at Mimi’s sleeping form. Vacome placed his cell phone up to his ear.

“Yeah.”

“Man, where the fuck have you been.”
“Around, why, is mother all right.”
“Yes, we need to do something about that fuck, Dracon. That fucker tossed me out his residence earlier. Vacome, I need to see Naynina, I cannot keep my hunger at bay, and the veins of any substitute is fine, but I need a taste of her blood if you know what your brother means.”
“I know exactly what you mean. However, once you get Naynina, then what? Are you trying to make her yours, or one of your loyal concubines; or is it all about her blood.”

Vasile removed his cell phone back from his ear. He placed it back up to his ear.
“Say what bro... come again.”
“I…Naynina’s blood is not what we need at the moment. We have to work on bringing down Dracon, and then allow the cards to eventually fall into place.”
“What the fuck do you suppose, I do with my hunger in the meantime.”
“Vasile, we’re vampires, do you have to ask.”
“Man, like I said, I do not want any woman. I want…no dammit I need Naynina’s. Her blood sends me.”
I know what you mean Vacome thought.
“You, Valan, and me, will come up with an elaborate plan.”
“Man, where the fuck are you at anyway.”

Vacome looked down at Mimi.

“About to take care some business, later.”

Vacome slid his cell phone close and placed it back on the nightstand. He unknotted the towel at his waist.

The towel dropped down to his ankles.

Vacome flipped the covers back, and got under the covers. He clasped his hands behind his neck and looked at the ceiling. He sniffed the air. Vacome could smell Naynina’s scent floating out in the atmosphere. He rotated his head to look at the rise and fall of Mimi’s chest. He did not want a substitute for tonight. He turned over on his side.

The Next Morning

Naynina turned over on her back. Her eyes opened. The sun streaming through the sheer white curtains blinded her. She shielded her eyes. She looked down, Dracon’s presence was not accounted for. Naynina threw the covers back. She rose from the bed.

“Dracon,” Naynina hollered out. She did not receive a response. She opened the bathroom door. She looked around. Nothing within has been disturbed.

Naynina pulled the door close. She walked out the bedroom. She walked over to the door and lifted her purse from off the table. She opened it and lifted her cell phone out. She skid it open. She would have thought Mimi called her. Naynina slid her cell phone close and placed it back inside her purse. She closed it and returned it to the table.

Naynina walked back to the bedroom.

Mimi opened her eyes slowly. She sat up. She looked down at her intimate attire. She wondered why she was still dressed.

“Sebestyn.”

Mimi looked over at the bathroom door.
“I know he did not leave me here unattended.” Mimi angrily tossed the covers aside. She rose from the bed. “Sebestyn.”

No response echoed.

“That fuck left me behind. I better not come upon his presence in Romania, if I do, his ass is mine.” Mimi looked down at her attire.
“He probably didn’t know how to use all that equipment downstairs anyway.”

Mimi walked into the bathroom
