[To be brought into being]
Why?
For I choose to not be blinded;
I pass pretenses,
the periphery of parameters of People and Life
and the Illusions we wrap ourselves in.
Variables become Limitations when the cloak is too tightly woven
Lest it be a veil
Clearer to See.
Lonely and willingly
I shattered through darkness and unholy actions
[unsure you would believe it]
I Drowned and hurt
in places within, that I didn't know existed
I fearfully bathed like angels do
..to Purify my Intentions
[It takes all you've got]
..to Own my Actions
[It takes Truth, the Whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth]
..to Choose.
[..not for me, but for the betterment of the world]
..to Re-Build with Love and Acceptance
k i n d n e s s
Humbly, mindfully and carefully
Not because that's the only way
because it is MY way.
My Purpose
I have seen roads end and new ones being built;
Repetition is cornering the foundation yet again,
rewriting and unfolding unto itself, thus deemed to be, AGAIN,
Expecting a different ending, for Nothing
Isn't that the definition of insanity?
I wouldn't say that it is wrong per se
we all believe different
I see a way through, though
owning up to the demands we place on each other
Honesty, Acceptance, Respect, Empathy
Self worth, Self Awareness, Self Insight
with Love.
And Love alone.
Why?

I think you're right it was pain that taught me poetry I'm grateful for the sorrow that brought me where I am today...you are a beautiful poetess with a wealth of experience... many including me will relate...

[unsure you would believe it] " <<<<<<<----------i would believe for i had to travel this path before i found myself and awakened. The cost for me, i feel was too high and Yes, i have to live with the choices i make during this dark time -- not something I DON'T struggle with every autumn.
For many of us,
this is how we grow and strengthen our craft and magick
and in gaining this type of wisdom we desire to go it alone but then does this waste our experience
and negate what our Gods and Goddesses provided us to learn and help them help Gaia and beyond Her realm and our spiritual growth?
Hopefully
i made some sense here. Your ink here spoke to my spirit and i don't always have the eloquent and exact words to describe my Feel.

To answer your question, when we go at it alone, we do when lessons are applied in our lives - we have to, to understand what it means. Once we balance it out, in between our breaths and in each encounter, is when it will help everyone else. We don't want to give what we don't understand, and we shouldn't help with what we cannot teach. It will get back to the world, more than three-fold, when it is applied in truth. We can do nothing else, than give back love.
You cannot NOT be a beautiful spirit, Tallen. And for each person that come across your path, that light shines brighter.
We're tempered, you know this. And then we Are.
No regrets, deary. We got here, because of what we went through. Each step crucial to growth. For everyone, and every thing.
And then we give back, because that's why we're here.

Those words sum up the truest virtues that can elevate humanity beyond the self-imposed limitations that have kept them blind and bound for so long! Your words here remind me of similar words that I have written over the years, and I see in them a kind of parallel to many great journeys that I have taken in my own quests for self-betterment and a measure of self-empowerment following so many pains and losses. If people could only realize the power that love possesses! And the way being honest with people instead of deceiving them helps to build trust and is a valued part of companionship in life. The beauty of the compassion that comes with acceptance of others no matter how different they might seem cannot be sung the praises of enough. The simple gift of respect that can change lives and elevate people is one that sadly not many today seem willing to give, but which is necessary to be given. The importance of empathy in a world that seems to be at times overrun with people who seem to lack the capacity to care for others is something that needs to be understood by more people. These are the virtues that can, in time, change the world if we embraced them! What a magnificent way to end your poem here... and what a grand journey it takes one on along the way to that ending! :D
