Love me with your mind

We are delicate creatures;
we live to battle with torment and strife.
We bow our heads to anguish;
our hearts get crushed by life.
Judgement is given easily;
but no human being has this right.
It would be so much easier
if love were shared with kindness;
no selfish words, nor mocking,
would kill another like a knife.
I love (yes love) all beings.
But love wants love in return.
Not the cruel lies of fake compassion,
that laughing fools spit out with spite.
it's possible to love without seeing ;
the blind are proof of that.
The mind is the first source of pleasure;
our eyes can lose insight.
So love, not what you see of me;
love me with your heart.
And love you will receive and see;
your darkness will change to light.
