The Agony of Simple Silence

Silence

where once there was 5 decades of
                   music........

A year of silence in this room, this damaged heart,
                    this so'called soul.

So many joys obliterated by the death of one person,
                     my daughter,
gone a year come Inde[fuckin]pendence Day.

She's gone. She's gone. There is no return. There is no
                       tomorrow.

I had to put my music away. I had to put so many joys away.

No sense in pleading "why can this be?" An utterly stupid
question who's answer is just more
                                          delusion.

Silence. Just a great long silence.... .& pain, & tears.
                  Simply, simply, nothing more.
