Color(less)
Is it wrong to be different
to walk a virgin path
to drink in your surroundings
to never give it back
is it weak to think them hateful
when telling you be strong
we come in many flavors
and sing out unique songs
I'm red I've heard them say,
but many times I'm blue
nothing will define me
as these depths construe
yellow is the moonlight
the sight you see it's free
don't pay no mind to color
life bleeds no guarantee

Sometimes when we bleed red it becomes a catalyst. Maybe dipping into blue occassionally before exploding into a kaliedascope of colors never seen!

Sighs. How beautiful is the aforementioned verse ?! In fact, it’s a lovely piece of writing; in all its entirety.

Fabulous through & through. And that final stanza was the perfect punctuation. We are all colour-less...and colour-full. Nicely done! :-)
