Aural violence
Aggressive noise
Constant rumblings from lips
Firing words of static
Screeching sounds
Need to slow it down
Chattering airwaves never ending
Tuning not adjustable
No escape from the distortion
A caustic assault on the brain
Burning away what sanity there was
It’s an unnecessary connection
Give me the silence
To reestablish understanding

Is silence actually possible for You?
I rarely can achieve absolute quiet as the white noise is 24/7 for me with sprinkles of audio hallucinations.
I'll know more when the book i ordered arrives. The author is a Teenager who has autism.

My brain is always on th3 go trying decipher things so silence I find impossible less noise I can handle r the right type of noise like music

I too, constantly have music (or the TV on though don't usually watch it as it's just an alternate to the voices) on.
