The truth about trust

Disturbing emotions that sicken her to the core,
Hoping and begging that she won’t have to cope anymore,
And that she can peacefully fade away.
Smashing towards the crumbling ground below,
Praying that somebody can demolish all of the nauseating woe,
That she’s burying inside her fearless being.
Demons, sins and secrets that haunt her shattered mind,
Lead her to believe that she will never find,
The joy filled child she once was.
Screaming, crying, yelling, all for your heroic help,
Falling to her scarred knees as she yelps,
The disgusting truth of the word trust.
See, you were never there,
All you ever did was sadly stare,
As her life shattered around her.
The ferocious girl soared to a safer place,
Dressed in beautiful blooded lace,
And never had to terrifyingly trust again.
