Breath Of Life
Breath of life lingers
in the depths of soul
living larger than me
seeking braids of seduction
past reflections returning
as heartbeats are burning
in endless yearn
to be back
to enter into the comfort
a permanent resident
in the ever present
captured in a blink of your eye
the stars cross the night time sky
their visions illuminate
paths, merged for moments
or lifetimes
the steps slow, meticulous in manner
but elegant in stride
the sips of each wonder, savoured
more than life,
now sitting at my side
in the depths of soul
