Image for the poem One Shell, One Pebble , One tree

One Shell, One Pebble , One tree

Abadoned on an island with my words,
One shell
             One pebble
                         One tree.
The water refusing to hug the shores,
A burning hot sun extinguishes all life.
Remains of an empty vessel protrudes from the sea while
Footsteps without any prints unmark the sand.
As the day paints the night with the blackest of black ,
He lays on his new bed of memories,
One shell
     One pebble
                One tree.
