infatuated bliss
as beautiful as the sunset
to look at you is to take in the rays
can't help but smile when we're holding hands
wish to waste each day on the simple things
nothing better to do
then to see the world with you
seeking the path to totality

this one is IT
something that just clicks
when a moment becomes a lifetime
it feels so special, feels so right
like the stars in the sky
must be a sign from above
something's going right with us
time ticks by
a bit too fast for my comfort
said it before but I'll say it again
don't want to see the days without you
this thing we have
it doesn't happen for every person
an anomaly so unbelievable
but here you are
right in my arms to hold on tightly
to think
if one thing went wrong in our story
the tiniest of change
maybe if I just never called
or you found someone before me
I may have never known
