I admit it
when I first became
a chef
I was an asshole
it took me a little while
to understand
that people will
work hard
if they are afraid
to fuck up
but they will do
almost anything
for you
if you treat them
with kindness
respect
and teach them
instead of scold them
so I became like
the Buddha
for this
was my temple
