Bad timing

I was reading the paper
the other day
and came across a review
for a place I had just left
It was a glowing review
of how the chef
had created a truly
international menu
that took you around the world
from appetizer to soup
entree and dessert

not one word
about me
even though
it was my menu
yeah
life sucks sometimes
