I have an appetite that doesn't consume

I have an appetite that doesn’t consume,
A hunger inside for which nothing will do.
Every satisfaction for a time subdues,
But again it wakes up to gnaw.

I’m carrying a bomb that I need to drop,
Every nook of the world seems like such a good spot
But as I run around looking for it,
It doesn’t matter where, all in all.
