[ NaPo 2019 ] Naked Aspirations

  
I dearly wish to sleep 'n dream
taking your body in hand  
keeping close my Darling Love  
however foreign the land  
   
so that upon waking separation  
distance breaking our embrace  
with its loudly uttered disregard  
for these feelings lingering in place  
   
still I will have something of you  
to hold - warm flesh souled - cherish  
reminding of Aspirations Naked    
that my daydreams never perish
