The most common throughout the world
I am the most uncommon
to take flight from inching my way
from a single plant, planted
by my own fears of free spirited flight.
I wasted youthful moments
sybaritic pursuits trying to sate my
insatiable selfish desires. . .lusts
it was not until I discovered
transformed myself
wanting to be liberated from routine
I became new
Gifting kindness and compassion
for others are my keys to unlock
my nectar’d addictions
my hedonistic shackles
freeing me to soar to the Sky
my Painted Lady
my Love, my Butterfly
discovering our identical fire
believing and accepting
our chakras corded within
we are free at last
our frequencies now resonate as one.

... agreed. Being (and on the same wavelength/frequency too) is a pretty robust foundation for all else - and the poem in my reading of it alludes to that as it leads up to the final line.

i have always loved Butterflies
and their young.
Reminds me of me but i think i became a moth
but some moths are the most Gorgeous flyers -- way more glorious than butterflies -- though the poor reputation in the natural kingdom.
