Nobody's Mother

I am nobody's mother
a female, not a father
the leotard, the garter
another side of other.

The sister, not the brother,
the traded and the bartered,
unrecognized, unpardoned,
monoxide in the carbon.

An Eve composed of atoms,
the first and last responder,
to her own ever after,
the scat within the scattered.

The cinnifoil of gardens,
a vagabond on borders,
the f and k of no one
a reason for a label.
