You can always lean on you

People often say:
"I am here for you".  
"Whenever you need me,  
call me, day or night".
In those moments that really matter in life, when all support is welcome.  
They often say, that it will be okay,  
that you can lean on those who will always be there. No need to cry.  
 
But when it comes down to it,  
when it really starts to matter,  
when you crave support, feel lost etc.
In those moments, when it really matters, we often realize,  
we really are alone, no-one's home.  
You are the only one, able to say to yourself;
"You my dear, you will get through".
 "Without hate in your soul. Cause you are the only one, whom is really able to carry you".
