Stillness Touch Of Midnight
earth spins as our lives move fast
each day new beginnings
choices made......reflecting what will be
when midnight sneaks upon us
beauty of life is in its stillness
shh......be still......experience it
purple moon glow upon ponds surface
silencing life as it was before sunset
all creatures cuddle in slumber
sky is darkened with blackness
stars sleeping among clouds
not a sound to hear.....so it seems
until the serenity of you & I
awaken stillness touch of midnight
magically within dreams so sweet
whispered sighs of contentment
you wanting me......me wanting you
lives creatively chosen to be as one
an amazing gift we bring to one another
speaking thru connected spirits
without words we sacredly touch
sharing a lonely tear or a sexy smile

I see you are writing better than ever. There are just too many great lines in your poem to pick just one. I admit though I am particularly leaning towards the creatures cuddling at night one because it is so original! It's so good to be reading you again!
