Brings to mind the march by JP Sousa, which used to be the signature tune of a satirical (and sometimes rude) British comedy show I once watched.

It was called Monty Pythons Flying Circus. The comedians quintet ka the Pythons were John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, Tony Chapman and Michael Palin (the last perhaps best known for his travel books and programmes).
