Social Isolation (Acrostic)

Something not of your own making
Others organise it as a prize for you
Correctly or incorrectly; regardless
It does not mean you are the guilty party
As even family, organise to do it for you
Lately, they have stopped all visits
Isolating you to a prison of four walls
Sectioned in your own personal asylum
Old! Too old to be bothered to fight back
Lamenting the life that should have been
A life of regrets is to be pondered
Tramadol nights so last year
I try to remember actually being loved
Only memories of sad and alone
No! I was always isolated
