Honeycomb Girl

I’m amazed at how sweet you are
my honeycomb girl
so long ago
needed that taste so badly
once I had it
never wanted any other

if I was a ghost
how long till I’m with you again?
it’s all the question I would have
oh, God could be so cruel

another faint reminder
everything has it’s negativity
one thing’s for sure
how you feel is pure positivity
I feel, I feel
like kissing for all those years
I might not be able to kiss those pink lips
may fall into a coma
get hit by a tree
dive off a rooftop
from one of my depressive spells

if I was a ghost
guess no one would really care
only you my, inamorata
sorry, don’t mean to put everything
on top of your shoulders
loving you can’t come soon enough
in this world of unbelievable chaos
i’ll spend my whole time
trying to make sense of it all
with all the answers at the end
of my finger tips
