honestly, these last few days
have really gotten to me
thought I could throw it together
but it’s not meant to be and
thought I could write it down
put the feelings to words but
I can’t always be open
need to keep the door shut
seems like I’m either all in
or trying to get out of here
need to be somewhere, unaware
anywhere, I don’t care
so just take me away or
come and whisper to me,
can’t hide from the darkness
it’s getting kind of gloomy
need to release somehow
although I can’t be positive
is this even releasing or
or am I just restocking it

Excellent...love the easy phrasing but still felt frustration... sometimes we turn off the light...to walk in the dark...and often our best output results

Sometimes our "voice" gets stuck on a hidden barb ... Ready to go but stuck in launch ... eventually a pressure buildup tends to release ... Or like you write ... A whisper sometimes helps ... Bless and love ... .
