Mood Swing Ep # 11: Off The Cuff...Straight To Print...Alcohol Induced
something new happened today
something brand new
it rained today...
and for the first time in my life
i was happy simply because it rained
not to be confused with glad
like'' glad it rained cuz it'll get rid of the snow''
no..no...no
something moved inside my chest
and is still moving cuz it's still raining
i can hear it beating its song
against the window pane [so cliche right?]
but tonight..it sounds like
the erratic beating of ancient drums...
hmmmm
to be honest
half of me hopes i'm making sense
and there's the other half of me
who wants to put everything on the fuck it list
either way..i refuse to let go
of this vibe...
now please don't get this wrong
what i am about to say next that is
but a thought just materialized outta thin air
in mid poem...i swear it did
the thought of you straddling my face
reigning streams fermented love down my throat
as the rain beats in antiquated movement
against the djembe-windows
i got visions of moonlit breasts swaying up and down
and rocking hips rolling towards freedom
i know...i know...
i went left...but it felt so right!
look..i am not a know it all...i'm a feel it all
and i wanna feel all of it
you..the rain..the moment..the movement
of thick thighs and therapeutic thunder
of undercurrents and overflows
listen with patience to
the texture and tempo of the sounds
and cum rhapsodic in your exotic flavoring
do it for me baby...
succumb to your imagination
and get where um at
it's all good news over here
you need to hurry up and get up on this
cuz rest assured tomorrow i might be
on some next shit
knowin my moody azz
you better act like you know...

Poem and prose intertwined beautifully. When I read my mind forms images that are not explicitly clear about the nuances outside of what is written. Here with yours, images of a man in a leather chair materialize, as he writes, she moves about in the same space with sexual grace. Tantalizing his pen with inspiration.
