All in my head

Do you ever just
observe your own psyche
and come across
some super fucked up
inner dialogue?
it can be disturbing sometimes..
these strange thoughts..
ugly thoughts..
straight up
hauntingly horrendous..
that shit can be traumatizing,
to watch a series of
unscripted, unwanted and unholy incisions of vividly dark visions
in this deranged dimension..
I'm left with the decision
to either respond with
 radical rationalizations to find reasoning
or
I can recognize that
in reality
it's all in my head..
 nothing more needs to be said.
