Infant from the infinite

Ever feel like a little kid?
Like a new born,
an infant from the infinite
pulled into existence..
Into a world
so weird and absolutely absurd..
Sort of mysterious and mesmerizing..
Despite mankind murdering alot of the beauty and wonder
There's still so much to behold
before we get old
and pass to the next plane (presumably)

Lets not reign supreme
and kill the planet
just for our dreams..
Lets witness the wild wonders
and not pillage and plunder..
We've caused so much chaos..

It's preposterous
how selfish we became,
I wish we would've realized
it's only a loss for us..
We're to blame,
Quite a shame
we're to blame..

Still no matter your name, race or beliefs
We're all born human,
"Little babies mean us no harm"

Strange how alot of us
don't feel like we belong..
No connection felt
with fellow homo sapiens.

There's more humans than there has ever been
yet we seem so secluded from one another..
Is the internet our only connection?
A lot of us basically live within a screen..
magnetized to the machine.
I'm guilty myself
of melting into this mirage..
