Defying Limits

Thousand miles away from me
Millions of stars are shining
Or perhaps the moon is lighting
Your blue velvet sky tonight
While I'm here in this lonely room
Waiting for the sun to come down from its throne
As I hide away from its light and heat
Petmeating everything that its rays can touch

Night and day, moon and sun
Two polarities that divides our existences
Yet we converge at some point
Eclipsing the distance and difference of time
We connect in this ethereal region
Defying our physical limitations

We cross borders and boundaries
That limit our physical realities
In this space and time everything seems perfect
Our minds are free to soar and fly
Our hearts are free to follow its desire
We are free to flow with the course of life
Like the stars in the galaxy
Unhindered by time
