Morning Sun

The bright light of the sun is inviting
Its golden beams reflected in everything it touched
It danced on the wall as the curtain moved to the ruffling of the morning breeze
Another beautiful morning has come to greet this day
I can feel the warmth of the sun
Its sparkling light bathing the trees after a cold night
Nature awakening to its soft gentle rays
My heart feels light, my mood is lifted by its beautiful sight
A contrast to a dark and lonely night that feels heavy at times on my chest
I always look forward to seeing the sun each day
I long for its warm and bright presence
That dispel the gloom lurking in the night
