I used to find wisdom in a rolling paper
aware of my breath
wandering outside
the subtleties of sound,
a phantom track
extremely panned
left to right
drawn from the mix
remastered?
but the source recording
is the same
I've had all these years
but an undetected magic
is revealed
in the scrutiny
of something familiar
revisited
and missed.
