The Temple Within
Amid the pressures of the world
it is said ,
where rapacity does rule the day ,
therein lies a portal ,
to boundless hope and happiness
awaiting our visit and stay .
available to all and sundry
a temple in which to live ,
ultramundane of our
fears and desires
where only love and peace
can it give.
Our higher conscious does
rule the day ,
faith in ones true self.
Humility , gratitude , enlightenment –
These be the measure of true wealth.
