Those tears you cry wont absolve you of your sin, they will only leave you feeling broken within

Will a goal heal you?
Will it pull you from that hole?
Will it fix your soul?

My mind often draws to a blank
Loosing thoughts I had wished to bank
Now they are no longer my thoughts

When a thought is lost
Does it go to another?
Is it lost forever?

The thoughts your brain often impose
Force all happiness to depose
Sorrow has won my heart

My heart is now beating
Only each beat is in pain
Each beat steadily repeating
Only to be shattered again
