The question in the notes, "Can you see where to go?", makes me think there might be a puzzle in the poem. Is that the case?
Either way, I like the word choices, and like that the poem condenses a lot of possible meanings into a brief space. Without the tags about "addiction" and "drugs" I probably wouldn't interpret the poem to be about drug use, I don't think, unless it was some futuristic "drug" like a device that could be hooked up to a person's nervous system to generate a feeling of euphoria. (The adjective "techno" applied to the honey makes me think of that.) But the interpretation of drug use does make sense once suggested, since it speaks of people opening up old wounds, (like an addict inserting a needle in an area already heavily scarred by past use,) and of reality bending back on itself.
Anyway, I really like the poem.

Thank you for the comment. The drug reference is intentionally oblique like you said, but I liked it being a bit more cerebral. Also, there is indeed a hidden message written into the poem.
