intoxicated
Intoxicated by the sting and the crack
Of the whip-smart
Dreamy cloudy skies -
Streets littered with poetry.
The rain washes down on me and I
Am in living color,
Take a sip and I scream like in horror but it's not,
Breathing in -
Make me forget -
Everything,
My name
My scars and my storms
And the music's saying more
More, more.
Tell me again,
Everything.
Nails leave crescents on my chest,
My back, my waist, and the night sky -
Catch the stars under,
Fingertips and I sparkle with the touch
And a big bang, bang -
Clutch the sheets and pull down the midnight
And then
We'll tiptoe the dawn -
This oh ungodly hour.
I fall and I fall
Further
Into you.
Drink some more
And end up glassy-eyed, starry-eyed -
Leave marks to remind

Of you
And I.

This is really beautiful, dark... Wonderful writing. I didn't realize it was about BDSM until afterwards... Lol
