Memories Of A Life

They all gathered around
Remembering happy times
There were no sounds
There were a few signs

Their love filled the room
They were married sixty years
Their love was never assumed
The wife holding back her tears

The family is upset
They think back of the past
Memories of how they met
His life ended so fast

They lived by their vows
Made an incredible life
Now they must say ciao
She was his adoring wife

They had love every day
Now she has to live without him
Everything now looks so gray
Now life seems so dim

Now they must live apart
Their love will remain
She feels the love in her heart
And will see her love again
