how it seems as yesterday
you sent me your first “Hello!”

one word and a smile
that changed my life
at that very moment
to never be the same

every word from that day on
was a private kiss to my lips
such rare luv we experienced
between you & me for many years

my heart still feels yours
sending luv to mine
thru a warm breeze
kissing upon my skin

serenity of our luv
touching me so softly
I can feel your feathered
fingertips across my curves

making intimate luv
under purple moon and stars
looking to nightly skies
they’re still there brighter than ever

sitting here in silence missing you
wondering if these sacred memories
will be blown away like dying rose petals
to unknown domains only the wind knows

peacefulness my soul feels within
from luving thoughts of you & me
we made vows for eternity to never let go
I haven’t ~ your purple rose I forever will be
