It's a battle I try to hide
I'm told to talk
To share
But this is one ride
I'm travelling alone..
Smiling is as hard as hard can be
But people are to wrapped up in their own little world to see..

But thats ok..
I can control it
Supress
Try not to think about the size of the mess
My life is in right now..
Is this how you want to live
Going through life you give and you give
And just forget about yourself..

Are you not worth more
At some point you have to be strong
Hold your head high
Pick yourself off the floor
Because if you don't...
Your continue to sink
Being to scared to talk
To dazed to think...

It's your choice..
And you have a choice..
But it's all down to you
The actions you take
The things that you do...

Sink..
or swim.
The road that you take
The choices you make
Will ultimatly decide
If you lose
Or you win.
