Dethroned

An accusation in shadows
An outcry drifting into light
Then he heard the strident words
A remonstrance about his past

Some now consider the present
A life built on a prop of lies
Success guaranteed from birth
Towers still structured worldwide

Now elected with a solid base
His worst instincts still do prevail
Demanding the perfect wall
This child shuts down the government

The highest climb, the steepest drop
The comb-over king still not alone
Revelations may well occur
Until he is driven from his throne.
