Dreams of kissing you
Dreams of kissing you
The dream of kissing your lips
those rose petals of red
lush and full, framing
beautiful heartfelt words
that reflect your sweet soul.
Your words echo,
reverberate, penetrate my being.
Since I cannot kiss your heart
and mind,
let me kiss the place
from where the deepest
parts of you speak.
The kissing dream
of exploring your soul
covered body
where your beauty lives,
from ankle to nape,
up, down, back, no inch
unknown, unloved,
making your skin quiver,
biting, tasting, in hungry,
loving meanderings.
The kissing dream
of speaking love
to your body, opening you
like a summer lily
in golden sunlight,
my lips want to
taste you in the fullness
of your bloom.
Uniting, entwining,
exploding, spent,
the kisses I dream of
the warmth of your cheeks
while you sleep beside me.
