Was horrified by me too      
A sistah this time  
Well excuse me    
We were just too “alternative”        
For her taste buds

Different pictures        
Reveal different things        
At different times so        
We were looking dusty        
Into this online profile        
For some reason        
Pictures can be        
Nebulous in that sense
(A slick hair bun-we hate showing hair)        
Wearing candy apple red lipstick,        
Spiked leather collar        
And a strawberry        
In my mouth, when        
She called me she-devil…        
I never did nothing to her        
Unphased        
Since when does        
Those 3 things equal that        
Well, she knew nothing        
About that scene clearly        
But it’s a normal        
Human response        
To vilify that which        
We aren’t familiar with or        
Just don’t understand;        
You contend with members of the        
Opposing team, as well as,        
Members of your own team;        
Sometimes        
And that’s the morale of this one.
