SILENCE OF THE OCEAN

                         

Serenity's calling by the silence inside of the ocean
Never are we promised reprieve by life's noisy clutter
Cresting on peeks of waves crashing over ourselves
Underneath the ocean's surface reaching out towards the horizon
Freely giving us a world of peaceful generosity
To be touched by the oceanic creatures awaiting our troubled minds
When a lifetime of noise encircles our everyday life
And, we breathe nothing but powerful and personal gain
The silence of the ocean is a welcomed friend
By gifting us to find an unfiltered truth
Which for some is only given to the rivers and canals from nature's breasted flow
Vicious circles of chaos is cleansed by falling freely into the arms of a wave
While we can remain under the surface with baited breath
And listen to the silence of the oceans purity as it calms our racing thoughts
To become welcomed by the sea is a beautiful place to retreat one's mind
It is the truest gift that the belly of our mother bore for us to us, by the silence of her womb
